大学生心理健康教育,既是大学生自身健康成长的需要,也是社会发展对人的素质要求。上世纪九十年代以来,大学生的心理健康问题已引起了社会各界的普遍关注。高校辅导员作为心理健康教育主力军参与大学生心理健康教育已成为一种必然趋势,高校辅导员要善于将大学生心理健康教育应用到辅导员的常规管理工作中。

Psychological health education of college students represents both students' own health growth need,and the social development demand for human quality.Psychological health education of college students has aroused universal concern from different sectors of the society since the 1990s.It is inevitable for the counselors,who serve as the major driving force in psychological health education,to participate in psychological health education of college students.The counselors are expected to apply psychological health education of college students to their conventional management.
