摘要
普法教育是近代中国法制现代化建设的一个延伸环节,普通民众对法律知识的了解、信任程度,对于依法治国目标的实现至关重要。依据中国特有的文化环境,普法应该坚持走群众路线,面对新时期复杂的普法形势,在尊重群众的文化接受心理的基础上,重视普法理念和普法环境的建设,以更快内化国民的现代法制精神。
Law popularization campaign represents an extension of the modernization construction of China legal system.The ordinary people's knowledge and trust in law is essential for achieving the goal of governing the country by law.Law popularization calls for our adhering to the mass line.In the face of the complex situation for law popularization,we need to place emphasis on law popularization concept and construction of environment for law popularization on the basis of the masses' cultural acceptance psychology in an effort to internalize the people's modern legal spirits
