Emancipating the Minds to Promote Harmonious Culture Construction:Simultaneous Discussions on the Historical Responsibility of College Journals in Guangxi

和谐文化是和谐社会的重要内容和基本条件,它在一定程度上独立、超前于社会生活的发展,对社会和谐发挥方向导引、思想保证及精神支撑之作用。广西高校学报在厘清解放思想、广西精神、和谐文化三者关系基础上,结合自身的职能作用,调整办刊模式、重新定位编辑服务意识、进行受众研究、做好舆论导向,方能从根本上解放思想促进和谐文化建设,进而弘扬广西精神,履行自身之历史责任。

Harmonious culture,as the key contents and basic condition of the harmonious society,is independent of and ahead of the development of social life.It functions as orientation guide,ideological guarantee,the spiritual support in maintaining social harmony.On the basis of clarification of the relations between our minds emancipation,Guangxi spirits,and harmonious culture,we need to combine our own roles,adjust journal running modes,redefine editing services,carry on audience research and do good performance in public opinion orientation.Only in this way can we emancipate our minds to promote harmonious culture construction,and in turn,carry forward Guangxi spirits and fulfill our own historical responsibility.
