军队医院对地方1例HIV感染患者手术的处置与防护

Management and protection of operation in military hospital on one local patient with HIV infection

目的建立健全军队医院针对地方HIV(艾滋病)感染患者外科手术的防护制度,防止医院感染。方法以1例地方HIV感染确认患者的手术实际操作为例,实行分级分段措施,由手术室、院感科和供应室分别负责手术准备与实施、医院感染防控措施落实、术后器械消毒等工作,保护手术人员操作安全。结果在严格落实标准防护、消毒隔离、规范操作和终末消毒等操作规程后,整个手术过程中未发生导致职业暴露的各类情况,未发生医护人员职业暴露感染。结论落实完善有效的防护措施与执行科学合理的标准操作,是防止地方HIV(艾滋病)感染患者因手术造成军队医院感染的最佳途径。

Objective To establish and improve the protective system of a military hospital for the operation on local patients with HIV(AIDS) infection,and to prevent hospital infection.Methods On the basis of operation practice on one local patient confirmed with HIV infection,the measures of classification and staging were carried out.Operating room,hospital infection-control department,and central supply room took the responsibility for operative preparation and implementation,prevention of hospital infection,and sterilization of postoperative instruments,respectively,in order to protect the personnel safety.Results During the operating process,due to the strict implementation of standard protection,disinfection and isolation,standard operation,and terminal disinfection,situations such as occupational exposure and infection by occupational exposure did not happen.The protective effects were good.Conclusion Implementing and improving effective protective measures,along with executing the scientific and rational operation standard,is the best way to prevent military hospital infection caused by operation on the local patients with HIV(AIDS) infection.
