目的对农村基本公共卫生服务均等化实施现状进行分析,为基本公共卫生服务项目的实施提供建设性的建议。方法对宾阳县20个乡镇卫生院采取现场资料核查、访谈和问卷调查等方法进行数据收集、分析。结果政府落实基本公共卫生服务人均经费为25元;居民健康档案建档率73.56%;辖区居民接受健康教育达78.3万人次;儿童预防接种建证率100%,第一类疫苗预防接种率达96.56%;儿童健康管理率82.62%;孕妇健康管理率90.14%;老年人健康管理率84.00%;高血压患者管理率38.68%,规范管理率87.46%;2型糖尿病患者管理率42.63%,规范管理率76.72%;重性精神病患者规范管理率82.27%;传染病及突发公共卫生事件报告和处理均率达到100%。结论宾阳县基本公共卫生服务均等化逐步走上常态化,但在经费的投入、合理利用及基层公共卫生服务工作队伍等方面有待提高。

Objective To analyse and offer constructive suggestions for essential public health service in country. Methods Use the method of data check,interview and questionnaire survey to collection and analyse data of 20 health clinics in towns and townships in Binyang county. Results The government's funds in essential public health service is 25 yuan per capita. The rate of bookbuilding of resident health record is 73.56%; The amount of health education in resident reach 78.3 ten thousand person-time; The rate of card of children's preventive vaccination is 100%; The rate of first kind vaccinoprophylaxis is 96.56%; The rate of children's health management is 82.62%; The rate of pregnant woman's health management is 90.14%; The rate of elderly people's health management is 84.00%; The hypertensive's health management is 38.68%, The rate of standard health management is 87.46%; The rate of diabetic patient health management is 42.63%, The rate of standard health management is 76.72%; The rate of principal characteristic psychopath standard health management is 82.27%. Conclusion The essential public health service in Binyang county is being normalized, But there are some works,,for example, the funds input, rational utilization and troop are need improve.
