将公共管理的理论知识,应用于疾控机构的健康体检工作。从健康、健康体检、健康体检的公共管理性质等基本概念着手,在全面质量管理工作、健康体检的基础条件、规章制度与体检流程、健康培训与教育能力、监督机制等五个方面讨论目前健康体检现状,提出增强基层卫生服务体系、保障健康促进运行机制、建立健全机制管理体系、加强医务人员队伍建设,以及建立健康体检制度的执行评估、监督执法、网络一体化联网管理等机制及公共卫生制度更新与政策制定等措施,促进疾控机构健康体检管理。

This paper combines the theory and knowledge of public management, applied to health physical examination in the CDC. From the basic concepts of health, health examination, health management, the health physical examination were discussed in the aspects of the comprehensive quality management, health conditions, rules and regulations and the examination process, health training and education ability, supervision mechanism. The proposals of strengthening the primary health service system, establishing security health promotion mechanism and management system, strengthening the medical staff team building, management measures, and health examination system implementation evaluation mechanism,training for the supervision law, network integration network management mechanism, the public health system and policy making administrative measures, so as to promote public health examination management in disease prevention and control institutions.
