深圳市医务人员吸烟行为及影响因素分析

Analysis on smoking behavior and influence factors among medical staff in Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市医务人员的吸烟状况及其影响因素,为制定有针对性的控烟策略提供依据。方法问卷调查深圳市5所医院的医务人员447名,描述其吸烟现状、控烟态度及控烟行为能力,并探讨其影响因素。结果共调查医务人员447名。医务人员的吸烟率为12.24%,其中男性吸烟率为29.41%,女性吸烟率为1.29%,影响吸烟状况的主要因素有:性别、年龄、学历、职称、岗位。结论深圳市医务人员吸烟率不高,今后应加强对男性医务人员进行控烟培训,创造良好的控烟氛围,提高控烟能力,积极地为吸烟者提供戒烟服务。

Objective To understand the medical staff of shenzhen smoking status and its influencing factors, so as to make targeted smoke control strategy to provide basis. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted amog 477 workers in five, described the present situation of smoking, smoke control attitude and smoke control behavior ability, and discuss the influence factors. Results The were surveyed 447 medical personnel. The medical staff smoking rate was 12.24%, and thaf for male was 29.41%, for the female was 1.29%,The main factors of influence of smoking are: gender, age, education background, professional title, that post. Conclusion The medical staff smoking rate is not high,we should pay more attention to the male medical personnel for smoke control training, to create a good atmosphere, improve the ability of tobacco control tobacco control, actively for smokers to quit smoking service.
