实时荧光定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应型内鉴定脊髓灰质炎病毒方法的应用 被引量：3

摘要 2011年新疆发生输入性脊灰野病毒的疫情后,为了缩短检测时限,中国决定从2013年起启用WHO推荐的《脊髓灰质炎病毒分离新的检测流程》,要求省级脊灰实验室经过培训考核。
