摘要
用相关分析的方法考察了新疆某高校教师科研能力和教学能力的关系,研究结果表明教师的科研能力不能完全迁移为教学能力,同时从管理体制、评价体系、基层组织管理等三方面阐述了教学与科研矛盾的原因并提出了完善的对策。
By using the method of correlation analysis, this paper studies the relation of research ability and teaching ability of teachers working in a university in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The result shows that the scientific research ability cannot migrate completely to the ability of teaching. The paper also analyzes the contradiction between science research and classroom teaching from three aspects of administration system, evaluation system and the administration of grassroots organizations. And it presents the solution to the contradiction.
