摘要
专业学位研究生教育的迅速发展给导师队伍带来了新的要求和挑战。目前,导师队伍中存在对专业学位研究生教育的认识滞后、准入制度僵化、培训培养缺位、考评标准不合理以及"双导师制"的管理失效等问题。本文基于对导师队伍中存在问题的深入剖析,为建设一支优秀的专业学位研究生导师队伍提供可行的思路与对策。
The rapid development of graduate education for full-time professional degree brings new requirements and challenges to the mentor team.The lagging behind of cognition in professional degree graduate education,rigid institution of tutor recruitment,the absence of training and culturing,unreasonable evaluation criteria and the failed management of dual-mentor institution are the problems existed in the mentor team.This article bases on analysis of problems of the mentor team,offers feasible strategies in constructing a high-quality mentor team in graduate education for full-time professional degree.
