摘要
地方政府和各类学校正在为促进义务教育优质均衡发展不懈努力,通过加大投入,努力让义务教育学校的硬件建设均衡起来;采取结对、捆绑、兼并、集团化等多种形式从软件上努力促进教育优质均衡发展。这些做法产生了积极效果,但出现的问题也值得认真反思和研究:首先,最适合学生发展的教育是什么?其次,学校规模过大是否背离了教育发展的规律?其三,均衡是相对的,不均衡是绝对的。其四,教师才是促进教育优质均衡发展的决定力量。
Local governments and all kinds of schools are making unremitting efforts to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, and to realize high-quality. Increasing investments, balancing the hardware construction, developing by means of binding, merging, clustering and other forms are main schemes to promote the balanced development of quality education from the view of software. These practices have resulted in positive achievements, but many new problems appear and are worth seriouly rethinking and researching. First of all, what is the most suitable educational model for the development of students? Secondly, the overexpanding of schools whether or not deviates from the law of education development? Thirdly, the balance we are pursuing is relative but not absolute. Fourthly, teachers are the key to the balanced development of quality education.
