How Much Is the Value in the New Round of College Entrance Exam Reform?

我国各地都在酝酿新一轮高考改革。尤其是北京的高考改革方案,引起社会广泛关注。本文对北京、山东、上海、江苏等地的高考改革方案或思路进行了综合分析,认为这些方案都没有触及考试、招生分离的实质,是在当前高考录取制度框架中进行考试科目、分值的调整,改革的价值有限,并结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》,提出高考改革的可行路径。

All over the China are preparing for a new round college entrance exam reform. Especially, the Beijing proposal for college entrance exam reform has aroused widespread concern in the society. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis is made on the college entrance exam reform proposed by Beijing, Shandong, Shanghai, Jiangsu and other places. It is concluded that all these proposals have not yet touched the substance of separation of entrance exam with admission, and only adjustment in exam subjects and scores. Hence, the reform value is limited. This paper puts forward some feasible paths of college entrance exam reform in combination with'State Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan'.
