摘要
以轴承的几何学为基础,基于UG和ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立有限元模型,同时在轴承内圈加入轴来模拟轴与轴承之间力的传递。以动力伺服刀架中双联齿轮处的深沟球轴承6203为例,综合考虑轴承的径向载荷和转速的影响,提出一种快速有效的滚动轴承多体接触动力学分析的新方法。应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对滚动轴承在特定工况下进行多体接触的动力学仿真,并运用LS-PrePost进行后处理,分析滚动轴承的动力学特性,结果与滚动轴承的实际运动情况吻合良好。
b s t r a c t In the power servo tool turret, the bearing is one of the most important part. It will affect the accuracy and related reliability index. With the bearing geometry as the foundation, based on the UG and ANSYS/LS-DYNA, established the finite element model of the rolling bearing, and at the same time join a shaft in bearing inner ring to simulate the force transfer between the shaft and bearing. Take the deep groove ball bearing 6203 in power servo tool turret in duplicate gear as an example. Comprehensive consideration of the influence of the bearing radial load and the rotational speed, the main research purpose s to find a new kind of fast and effective multi-body contact dynamics analysis on rolling bearing.Take the application of ANSYS/LS-DYNA for multi-body dynamic simulation and analysis when the bearing in certain a condition. Get the result of the dynamic response of the bearing, it turned out that the result make a good agreement with the actual situation of rolling bearing movement, it provides a more reliable basis for the study of dynamic characteristics of rolling bearing.
