摘要
将SOLIDWRKS三维建模软件和ADAMS动力学仿真软件相结合,利用SOLIDWORDS建立精确的渐开线齿形,构造"狂呼"游艺机的特殊齿轮驱动结构三维模型。使用多体动力学的接触碰撞算法,利用ADAMS软件实现齿轮啮合的动力学仿真。通过该种建模设计和动力学仿真方法,研究"狂呼"游艺机齿轮传动系统振动的原因。
The SOLIDWRKS and ADAMS are used to study and research the reasons of vibration in the gear driving of' scream' amusement. During the research, SOLIDWORKS are used for building the accurate involute tooth profile of the structure of the 3-D model of the' scream' amusement machinegears, and then the model are dynamics simulated with ADAMS in the method of contact collision algorithm.
