非谐和水平振动输送机物料速度优化分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对物料滑移理论中干摩擦作用下物料水平振动输送速度的优化问题,通过分析非谐和水平振动输送机(以下简称输送机)物料运动过程,在分段建立并求解输送机和物料的动力学微分方程的基础上,通过灵敏度分析研究系统参数对物料输送速度的影响,并以此为基础进行了物料速度优化。研究结果表明,对物料速度影响最大的3个系统参数依次为频率比α、偏心质量矩之比γ和相位差φ,且当频率比α=2、偏心质量矩之比γ=0.2~0.25、相位差φ=90°或270°时对物料输送最为有利。 Aiming at the optimization problem of transportation speed of material horizontal vibration under the dry friction drive in the material slippage theory,and through analyzing the material movement process of the non-harmonic horizontally vibrated conveyer(hereinafter referred to as the conveyer),the impact of system parameters on material transportation speed are researched by the sensitivity analysis method and material movement speed are optimized on the basis of sectional establishing and solving the dynamic differential equation of the conveyer and the material.The result shows that three system parameters of greatest impact on material movement speed are frequency ratioα,ration of eccentric mass moment γand phase differenceφ.Whenα=2,γ=0.2~0.5,φ=90°or 270°,material transport is the most advantageous.
