含间隙的电动伺服机构非线性振荡 被引量:7

Nonlinear Oscillations in Electromechanical Actuation System with Clearances

摘要 针对电动伺服机构中传动间隙引起的极限环振荡和较大惯量的翼面加剧振荡引起翼面抖动的问题,建立了系统间隙极限环模型和非线性振动模型,采用摄动法求解非线性振动规律,得出了间隙、翼面转动惯量、伺服刚度及干扰力对系统的影响规律。仿真和试验结果的验证对比证明这一理论是正确的。 The paper presents a infinitesimal-loop modeling and a nonlinear oscillations modeling for the electromechanical actuation systems with clearances and great inertia.Because clearances and great inertia load deteriorate the oscillation if the servo drive stiffness is weak,the systems have a steady infinitesimalloop oscillation.By the minute parameter method this paper gets performances of clearances systems,relating to clearances,inertia,servo drive stiffness and interferential torque.The test and simulation show that the theory could explain the nonlinear oscillation of the electromechanical actuation systems with clearances and great inertia.
