摘要
针对光阑调节的特点和现有旋转型行波超声电机的限制,提出了一种新结构的螺纹式空心超声电机。螺纹式空心超声电机由转子、定子和底座等组成。转子和定子通过螺纹连接,实现了转动和施加预压力两种功能的耦合,大大减少了电机的零部件数,使结构更加简单紧凑。为克服预压力变化对电机性能的影响,对转子进行了柔性化设计,增厚了摩擦材料层。加工制造了样机,开展了定子振动参数和电机运行时阻抗特性测试。进行的光阑调节实验取得了良好的效果。
A diaphragm is a device for varying the effective aperture of the lens in a camera or other optical system,which can be adjusted to control the luminous flux.Aimed to the structural characteristics of the diaphragm and existing rotary traveling wave ultrasonic motor restrictions,a new hollow ultrasonic motor connected by screw is proposed.The ultrasonic motor rotor and the stator of the threaded hollow by a threaded connection,to achieve a coupling of rotation and the two functions of pre-pressure is applied.Thus the number of parts of the motor are reduced,only rotor,stator,and the base.Structure is more simple and compact.To overcome the pre-pressure changes affect motor performance,flexible design of the rotor,thickening the layer of friction material.Fabricated prototype of the hollow ultrasonic motor connected by screw for aperture adjustment.Carried out the stator vibration parameters,and impedance measurement of the running motor.Finally diaphragm adjustment experiments,and achieved good results.
