摘要
设计了一种基于嵌入式芯片PSoC3的用于压电纤维复合材料(macro fiber composite,简称MFC)的驱动控制器。根据MFC对驱动的要求,设计了基于IR2110的DC-DC驱动电源,供电电源输出最高电压为500V。主电路采用双电源供电的全桥逆变拓扑结构,实现电源的直流偏置功能。同时采用正弦脉冲宽度调制技术,驱动信号波形更接近纯正的正弦波形,谐波成分大大减小。将设计的驱动器应用于MFC仿生鱼尾,实验表明电路功耗小,匹配网络适用性强。
The design of a new driver based on PSoC3is proposed.According to the requirements of macro fiber composite(MFC)driving voltage,the power supply(DC-DC)based on IR2110is designed.The output voltage of the power supply is 500V.The main circuit adopts full-bridge inverter topology structure with two power to achieve DC bias function.The harmonic is greatly reduced by using sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)technology.The waveform of driving signal is much closer to a pure sine wave. The experiment result proved that the driver is reliable for MFC blonic fish tail with lower power loss and higher applicability of matching network.
