With the rapid development of social,psychological counseling is showing a booming trend. The online counseling am the innovative of psychology counseling emerging in recent years. In traditional counseling,the relationship between consultants and visitors is significant,which can directly affects the consultation results. The consultants and the visitors online counseling is different from the traditional one. It can has am influence on the consulting effect. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to establish good 'relationships'in the online counseling in order to promote counseling consultation results.
