本文的模型是探究用葡萄和葡萄酒的理化指标评定葡萄酒质量的统计问题.研究以多元统计分析为理论基础,综合聚类、方差分析、相关性分析、因子分析等方法,通过建立葡萄酒的理化指标和质量的关系模型,定量地描述了葡萄酒的理化指标和葡萄酒质量的关系,对研究用葡萄和葡萄酒的理化指标评定葡萄酒质量,提供了理论依据,为设计葡萄酒以及改善葡萄酒的质量有重要意义.

The model of this essay is a statistical issue which is to judge the quality of the wine by using the physical and chemical indicators of the grapes and wine.The study is based on Multivariate statistical analysis,combining the methods of cluster analysis,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,factor analysis etc,describing the relationship between the wine's physical and chemical indicators and grapes' qualities quantitatively by modeling the connection between the indicators and qualities of wine,which is theoretical basis in wine's evaluation by using the indicators of wine and grapes,and also,has outstanding significance in the wine design and qualities' improvement.
