目的探讨小动物SPECT/CT日常质量控制。方法对影响和衡量小动物SPECT/CT显像质量的近场均匀性(NFF)模型、Jaszczak模型、SPECT定量模型、CT几何校正和Hounsfield模型进行测量及校正。结果 NFF性能指数(FOM)均<20,4个探头分别为13.38、15.46、16.06和13.08。Jaszczak模型给出的分辨率为1.1 mm。当孔板为ATP102,核素为99mTc和125I时,SPECT定量因子分别为0.002 29和0.006 43;而当孔板换成ATP108时,定量因子分别为0.001 95和0.004 01。CT几何偏差在±0.5 mm内,Hounsfield值在各种条件下均达到要求。结论系统整体性能稳定,各项测试均达到要求。
Objective To investigate the daily quality control of the NanoSPECT/CT. Methods The near field flood(NFF) uniformity, Jaszczak model, quantification, CT geometry and CT Hounsfield were calibrated. Results The figure of merit(FOM) as index of NFF was 13.38, 15.46, 16.06 and 13.08 for four detectors of NanoSPECT, respectively. The resolution of NanoSPECT/CT was 1.1 mm by using Jaszczak model. The quantification factors were 0.002 29 and 0.006 43 for99mTc and125I when using ATP102. When using ATP108, the quantification factors changed to 0.001 95 and 0.004 01. CT geometrical deviation was lower than 0.5 mm. CT Hounsfield had reached the requirement of the manufacturer's specification. Conclusion The parameters of NanoSPECT/CT meet the requirement of the manufacturer's specification.
