摘要
宫颈癌的早期诊断及准确分期对治疗方案的制订及预后评价有重要意义。尽管目前已有多种影像学技术在宫颈癌的诊治过程中有广泛而成熟的应用,但功能MRI技术作为对常规MRI技术的重要补充,可为临床提供精细解剖信息以外的更多功能和代谢方面的改变信息。该文综述了动态增强MRI(DCE-MRI)、磁共振波谱(MRS)、扩散加权成像(DWI)等功能MRI技术在宫颈癌诊断,放、化疗疗效评估及预后中的应用。
The early diagnosis and accurate staging of cervical cancer is very important for the treatment and prognosis.Although a variety of imaging techniques have been used in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer, functional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) can supply more functional and metabolic information than conventional MRI. In the present paper, the dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI, magnetic resonance spectroscopy and diffusion-weighted imaging in the diagnosis,evaluation of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and prognosis of cervical cancer were reviewed.
