Development of Automobile Chassis Sliding Crown-block Control System

本文结合底盘平移天车在使用过程中所遇到的频繁瞬间断电,振动、抖动对控制系统的干扰,天车在任意位置进行手动自动切换等问题进行研究分析,结合实际情况提出了有针对性的方案,该方案对PLC控制的天车系统的应用具有通用性。

This paper studies and analyzes some problems such as the automobile chassis sliding crown-block in use requently encountered with instantaneous power lost, vibrationand shaking disturb the control system,and manual and automatic switch of sliding crown-block at any position.Combined withheactual situation.We developed a targeted solution.This solution is universal to the sliding crown-block with PLC control system.
