摘要
通过介绍FT合成工业过程中传统反应器(固定床反应器、流化床反应器、浆态床反应器)的结构特点及工作过程,说明了浆态床FT合成反应器拥有其它反应器难以替代的优势及未来巨大的发展潜力,同时介绍了目前浆态床FT合成反应器结构上的改进热点。随着CFD数值模拟技术的发展,CFD数值模拟技术对反应器内流体流动特性研究和改进研究的巨大作用更加体现出来。本文概述了近年来通过实验和模拟结合的方法进一步优化反应器内温度分布、物料分布等研究成果,并对FT合成反应器的发展做出了展望。
This paper briefly introduces the structural features and working process of fix-bed reactor,fluidized bed reactor and slurry-bed reactor used in the FT synthesis industry,it illustrates slurry-bed reactor has the great advantages which couldn't be replaced by other reactors and it has a brighter future,it also presents the structure improvement of slurry-bed reactor which people are focusing on now.As the development of CFD numerical simulation technology,its great effect on researching and developing the fluid characteristics of the slurrybed reactor is reflected.This paper summarizes the reactor optimizing research results of the temperature distribution and material distribution using the combination method of experiment and simulation in recent years,it also looks forward to the development of FT synthesis reactor.
