方腔内冷热微管自然对流换热的多格子LBM研究 被引量:2

摘要 多格子波尔兹曼方法 (LBM)能够高效的处理复杂的理论模拟问题。本文用多格子LBM方法对方腔内冷热微细管不同布管方式下的自然对流换热机理进行了研究。模拟结果与已有相关文献的结果做了对比,验证了多格子LBM计算方法的正确性。文章重点研究了冷热微细管中心连线与浮升力成不同夹角的布管方式对于冷热微细管双管单元结构自然对流传热特性的影响。模拟结果表明冷热管中心连线与浮升力垂直的布管方式的整体换热效果最好。研究结果对高效微管换热器的开发与利用有理论指导意义。 Multi-grid Lattice-Boltzmann method can dispose of complicated theoretical simulation problem.The heat transfer mechanism of a pair of hot and cold micro-tubes under different layouts in square cavity is studied in this paper.The simulated results are contrasted with existing literature results and good agreement exists,which verify the validity of multi-grid LBM method well.Natural convection heat transfer characteristics of cold-hot double micro-tubes unit structure with the influence of different angle conditions is detailed studied,the angle is calculated by the line of center of cold-hot double micro-tubes and buoyancy direction.As the simulated results show,when the angle is equal to 0 or 180,the overall heat transfer performance is the best.The results of paper have theoretical guiding significance on the development and utilization of efficiency micro-tube heat exchanger.
