摘要
通过分析和借鉴工业化生产丁醛的工艺,即戴维和三菱化学的工艺流程,讨论了由混合丁烯生产戊醛的工艺中,低压羰基合成反应工段反应溶剂的选择、烯烃的循环利用和反应器的形式,均相产物分离工段分离顺序和分离方式,最终提出了一套可行的由混合丁烯生产戊醛的工艺,并采用ASPEN Plus V7.0软件进行了工艺流程模拟。
Low pressure oxo.Processes of Butyraldehyde are studied for OXO.reaction system and catalyst separation system by means of different industrialized processes analysis comprising the DAVY process and the Mitsubishi process.Low pressure oxo.processes of pentanal based on the compare,comprising reaction solvent,alkene reuse,reactor form,separation sequence and separation equipment,are obtained with the ASPEN Plus V7.0 process simulation.
