石油焦基活性炭的制备及甲烷吸附性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用氧化剂对石油焦进行预处理,以KOH为活化剂制备高比表面积活性炭。考察了氧化剂种类、液固比、改性温度及改性时间对制得活性炭比表面积的影响以及改性时间、液固比、石油焦粒度、活化气流速及再生次数对活性炭吸附甲烷性能的影响。结果表明:双氧水改性石油焦可以使活性炭的甲烷吸附性能提高36%左右;延长改性时间及增大石油焦粒度均利于甲烷的吸附;活化气流速变化对甲烷的吸附没有明显影响;再生5次,石油焦基活性炭的性能良好。 The petroleum coke was pre-oxidized using oxidant and activated with KOH to prepare high-surface-area activated carbon(HSAAC).The effects of oxidant,liquid-solid ratio(oxidant to coke),modification temperature and time on the surface area of activated carbon were investigated.The research with change of modification time,ratio of liquid-solid,particle size of coke,gas velocity and regeneration times had been made to test the CH4 adsorption performance.The results revealed that larger particle size of petroleum coke and H2O2 modified coke could improve CH4 adsorption capacity which increased with the increasing of modified time,about 36% more than that of raw coke.Additionally,the velocity of activated gas had no obviously influence on CH4 adsorption.After 5 times' regeneration,the activated carbon displayed a good performance on adsorption capacity.
