摘要
以生产实践为出发点,分析了碎煤加压气化炉现运行中存在的主要不足,有针对性地提出在开车点火、旋转炉篦、控制方式、汽包设置、煤灰锁检修等方面进行的优化设计。这些优化设计方案可显著改善提升气化炉的功能,具有极强的可行性,可带来显著的经济效益。
From the point of view of production practices,the main shortcomings in present operation of crushed coal pressure gasifier are analyzed,some corresponding design optimization on start-up ignition、rotary grate、Control mode、steam drum setting、coal lock and ash lock maintenance and other aspects are put forwards.What is more,these optimized designs can significantly improve the gasifier function,have a strong feasibility and can bring significant economic benefits.
