摘要
主要介绍一种以乙酸丁酯生产中的回收乙酸与酒精生产过程中的回收醇为原料合成乙酸混合酯的方法。该合成工艺的研究可以解决国内生产酒精、丁醇和酒精法生产丁二烯时副产大量以C5为主的混醇的问题以及乙酸丁酯或乙酸生产过程中产生的废酸问题,提升其综合利用价值。合成的产品可代替乙酸戊酯广泛用于油漆涂料中。实验以固体粉末对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,研究其合成乙酸混合酯的最佳合成工艺,经证明最佳合成条件为:酸醇摩尔比1∶1.3,反应温度130℃,催化剂加入量占总量的1.5‰。
This paper mainly introduces a kind of to in butyl acetate production and recovery of acetic acid and alcohol production in the process of recovery of alcohol,acetic acid as raw materials mixed ester method.The study on synthesis technology can solve the domestic production of alcohol,butyl alcohol and alcohol production of butadiene,produce a large amount of C5 based mixed alcohol problems,and butyl acetate and acetic acid is generated in the production process of waste acid,to improve the comprehensive utilization value.Synthesis of amyl acetate products can replace widely used in paint coatings.Experiment with solid acid ptoluene sulphonic acid as catalyst,the synthesis of acetic ester mixture optimum synthesis process,proved the optimum reaction conditions are:molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1∶1.3,reaction temperature 130℃,catalyst addition amount of 1.5‰.
