活性污泥-Fenton法处理精细化工废水研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON TREATMENT OF ELABORATE-CHEMICAL WASTEWATER WITH ACTIVE SLUDGE AND FENTON REAGENT

摘要 某精细化工废水ρ(COD)高达4000 mg/L以上,对此废水进行处理试验,结果表明:利用活性污泥生物氧化与Fenton氧化组合工艺,活性污泥处理时间为7 d,反应温度为25℃;Fenton试剂投加浓度为500 mg/L,反应时间为2 h。通过活性污泥-Fenton法,能够有效去除该废水的COD,去除率可达97%以上,该方案处理后废水达到排放标准。 The waste water COD of some elaborate chemical industry is above 4000 mg/L,the result of waste water experiments shows that it is effective to remove the waste water COD with a combined process of active sludge biological oxidation and Fenton oxidation. The COD removal efficiency increases with the prolongation of reaction time and then it tends to be steady,with a treatment time being about 7 and reaction temperature 25℃. Under the condition of this research,appropriate and least Fenton reagent concentration is 500 mg/L,and proper reaction time is about 2 h,and the removal rate is up to 97%. Waste water treated by this process can be up to the standard of discharging.
