人工缓释碳源处理低碳/氮比污水的脱氮效果研究

THE REMOVAL NITROGEN EFFECT OF TREATING LOW C/N SEWAGE BY ARTIFICIAL SLOW-RELEASE CARBON SOURCE

摘要 通过投加缓释碳源PHB,比较了分别在填料高度0.5,0.6,0.7 m处的处理效果,填料高度0.6 m处的实验效果最好,出水COD、NH3-N、NO-3-N和TN浓度分别为17.9~127 mg/L(均值53 mg/L)、0.02~1.62 mg/L(均值0.24 mg/L)、1.5~7 mg/L(均值3.02 mg/L)和2.1~14.3 mg/L(均值6.68 mg/L)。在填料高度0.6 m处,反应体系保持着对NH3-N较好的去除效果,去除率为13.04%~94.56%(均值67.45%)。通过连续运行46 d后,在填料高度0.5,0.6,0.7 m处出水NO-3-N去除率并未明显不同,出水NO-3-N去除率随时间的增加有减少的趋势。出水NO-3-N去除率的变化范围很大,分别为0.92%~81.16%(均值46.94%)、15.66%~75.23%(均值53.17%)和2.41%~77.06%(均值48.77%)。相比之下,在填料高度0.6 m处出水NO-3-N去除率最高。在填料高度0.5,0.6,0.7 m处出水TN去除率并不存在明显差异,分别为8.05%~81%(均值49.4%)、17.09%~81.74%(均值54.95%)和0.3%~84.15%(均值54.4%)。 It was Compared the treatment effect of 0. 5 m,0. 6 m,0. 7 m filler height by adding slow release carbon source( PHB),the experimental effect was at best 0. 6 m filler height,the concentration of effluent COD,NH3-N,NO-3-N and TN was 17. 9~127 mg/L( average 53 mg/L),0. 02~1. 62 mg/L( average 0. 24 mg/L),1. 5~7 mg/L( average 3. 02 mg/L) and 2. 1 ~14. 3 mg/L( average 6. 68 mg/L). The reaction system maintained better removal effect of NH3-N at 0. 6 m filler height,removal rate was 13. 04%~94. 56%( average 67. 45%). The effluent NO-3-N removal rate was not differed significantly at 0. 5 m,0. 6 m,0. 7 m filler height by a continuous run for 46 d,NO-3-N removal rate was decreasing with increasing time. NO-3-N removal rate varied greatly,which was 0. 92% ~81. 16%( average 46. 94%),15. 66%~75. 23%( average 53. 17%) and 2. 41%~77. 06%( average 48. 77%). In contrast,NO-3-N removal rate was the highest in 0. 6 m filler height. The removal rate of effluent TN was not differed significantly at 0. 5 m,0. 6 m,0. 7 m filler height,which was 8. 05%~81%( average 49. 4%),17. 09% ~81. 74%( average 54. 95%) and 0. 3%~84. 15%( average 54. 4%) respectively.
