摘要
概述了国内炼厂数量情况,分析并预测针对催化裂化再生烟气污染物排放限值。介绍并分析了催化裂化再生烟气污染物产生成因、来源及性质。综合介绍了目前再生烟气二氧化硫的治理技术及应用情况,重点介绍了EDV技术和CANSOLV可再生胺脱硫技术。总体来看,多种脱硫技术均可实现再生烟气的二氧化硫脱除要求,以CANSOLV为代表的采用有机胺吸收——解析工艺的脱硫方法具有明显的经济性,但具有可回收二氧化硫技术的脱硫方法较少,且在国内的技术应用表现尚待进一步明确。
It was overviewed the number of domestic refineries,and analyzed and predicted the emission limits for FCC regenerator flue gas contaminants. It was also Presented and analyzed the causes,sources and nature of the FCC regenerator flue gas pollutants. It was introduced recycled flue gas sulfur dioxide control technology and application,and focuses on the EDV technology and CANSOLV renewable amine desulphurization technology. Overall,a variety of desulfurization technology can achieve the sulfur dioxide removal requirements of the regeneration flue gas. The desulfurization method of using an organic amine absorbent with CANSOLV——analytic process has obvious economy; but there are less desulfurization methods of recoverable sulfur dioxide and the performance of the application of this technology at home has yet to be further clarified.
