摘要
针对石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫中吸收剂石灰石利用率低、烟气参数超设计、脱硫效率低等问题,开展研究添加剂对碳酸钙溶解度的影响,结果表明:添加剂可以促进碳酸钙的溶解,不同添加剂其作用程度不同。有机添加剂的效果最显著;复合添加剂效果略差,成分间无明显的协同作用;无机添加剂效果较不理想。
Aiming at the problems in limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization,such as the low utilization rate of absorbent limestone,the exceeded parameters of flue gas and the low efficiency of desulfurization,this paper studied the effects of additives on the solubility of calcium carbonate. The results showed that additives could promote the dissolution of calcium carbonate and different additives had different effects. The organic additive effect was the most significant; the composite additive effect was slightly worse and no obvious synergy between the components; the inorganic additive effect was less than ideal.
