摘要
分析了风机全压在除尘系统中的分配,以及烟囱直径对管网出口动压损失的影响,得出适当加大烟囱出口管径,降低管网出口气体的速度,可降低系统能耗,为风机烟囱设计和选型提供了参考。
This article analyzes the distribution of fan total pressure in dedusting system and the influence of chimney diameter on pipe network outlet dynamic pressure loss,which deduces that proper increase of chimney outlet pipe diameter and decrease of pipe network outlet gas velocity could reduce system energy consumption. Which provides reference for chimney design and fan model selection.
