摘要
以活性污泥为接种物,以茶饼粉和水稻秸秆为发酵原料,在严格控制发酵温度(37±1℃)的条件下进行厌氧发酵产沼气的研究。研究结果表明:以茶饼粉为发酵原料厌氧发酵的累积产气量和甲烷含量最高(分别为5305 mL,66.13%),以水稻秸秆为发酵原料的各项指标次之(分别为3759 mL,63.24%),对照组的最低,实验组的累积产气量比对照组提高124.1%,58.81%,甲烷含量分别比对照组提高20.30%,15.04%。分析秸秆及茶饼粉发酵前后各种料液成分,发现秸秆中木质素和纤维素降解率达到28.74%和11.18%;茶饼粉中糖脂类蛋白的含量相比原料减少了26.79%、37.79%和40.12%。
It is studied the production of biogas by taking active sludge as inocula,and rice straw & tea cake powder as raw material through anaerobic fermentation. The result showed that anaerobic treatment of fermentation materials could improve biogas production. The highest accumulate amounts of biogas,the highest concentration of methane when using the tea cake powder as raw material were achieved 5305 mL,66. 13%,which was improved by 124. 1%,20. 30% than those of the control group; while using the rice straws,these variables were 3759 mL,63. 24% and improved by 58. 81%,15. 04% than the control group. And after fermentation the content of protein powder,crude fat and sugar in tea cake powder reduced by 26. 79%,37. 79% and 40. 12% as compared with raw materials; the degradation rate of lignin and cellulose in the straw were 28. 74% and 11. 18%.
