两段式还原铬渣中Cr(Ⅵ)的试验研究 被引量:4

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON REDUCING Cr( Ⅵ) IN THE CHROMIUM RESIDUE BY TWO-STAGE REDUCTION TECHNIQUE

摘要 比对了多种还原剂处理六价铬的解毒效果,确定了焦亚硫酸钠、硫酸亚铁两段式还原处理铬渣浸出液中六价铬和总铬的还原剂投加顺序和投加量。结果表明,该技术能使解毒后铬渣中Cr6+浓度达到0.17 mg/L,满足HJ/T 301—2007《铬渣污染治理环境保护技术规范(暂行)》解毒后铬渣六价铬≤0.5 mg/的要求,且具有较好的长期稳定性,解毒彻底,可为该技术的工程应用提供理论依据。 It was made a comparison of various reductive detoxification effects of treatment of six valence chromium,and determined the dosing sequence and dosage of Na2S2O5,FeSO4 for two stage reduction treatment of six valence chromium and total chromium in the leachate of chromium residue. The results show that the technology can make the chromium residue treated harmlessly,six valence chromium concentration reaches 0. 17 mg/L,which can meet the requirement of Technical Code for Controlling Chromium Pollution and Environmental Protection( Interim)( HJ/T301—2007),i. e. after detoxification of chromium residue,Cr( Ⅵ) ≤ 0. 5 mg/L,and has a long-term stability and good complete detoxification,which provides a theoretical basis for the engineering application of the technology.
