利用餐厨垃圾浆液进行厌氧调试的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用机械生物反应器(JSR)处理后产生的高浓度水解酸化相浆液对厌氧反应器进行调试试验研究。试验结果表明,餐厨垃圾浆液酸化程度较高,pH和VFA分别为4.9和15 720 mg/L。对这种浆液,采用0.5 kg COD/(m.3d)的启动负荷较合理,每3天增加0.5 kg COD/(m.3d),15 d后,系统运行稳定。厌氧出水sCOD平均值为870 mg/L,VFA从527 mg/L降低到407 mg/L,pH从6.8升高到7.3,而沼气中CH4百分含量从20.9%升高到77.3%。另外,氨氮和碱度在调试阶段出现累积效应,氨氮从58.1 mg/L升高到134 mg/L,碱度从780 CaCO3mg/L升高到1250 CaCO3mg/L。因此,启动负荷的选择以及整个调试过程中pH、VFA、碱度和CH4含量的监测对厌氧调试有着重要的影响。 Anaerobic debugging experimentation was done using high concentration of acidified serosity,produced by JSR.The results show that the food waste serosity has a high degree of acidification,pH is 4.9 mg/L and VFA is 15 720 mg/L.The starting load of 0.5 kgCOD/(m3.d) is reasonable for this serosity.The volume load increases 0.5 kgCOD/(m3.d) every three days,the system operated steadily after 15 days.The average sCOD of water drainage from anaerobic reactor is 870 mg/ L,VFA decreases from 527 mg/L to 407 mg/L,pH increases from 6.8 to 7.3,and the percentage composition of CH4 in the biogas increases from 20.9% to 77.3%.In addition,the value of NH4-N and Alkalinity will rise during the stage of anaerobic debugging,NH4-N increases from 58.1 mg/L to 134 mg/L and Alkalinity increases from 780 CaCO3mg/L to 1250 CaCO3mg/ L.Therefore the choice of starting load and the monitoring of pH,VFA,Alkalinity and CH4 value during the whole debugging phase has very important effect to the anaerobic debugging.
