摘要
通过水解法制备了钛改性蒙脱土复合材料,并利用X射线衍射、红外光谱和TEM对所合成的样品进行了表征。结果表明400℃制备的TiO2/MMT,钛成功掺杂在蒙脱土中,TiO2为锐钛矿相,TiO2在其蒙脱土上的粒径为7.6 nm,具有较好的分散性。以苯酚为目标污染物,考察了制备时的pH值、TiO2负载量、复合材料焙烧温度的选择等对苯酚降解性能的影响。结果表明,在苯酚的初始浓度为10 mg/L,苯酚溶液的pH为6,紫外光照射150 min后,400℃焙烧4 h制备的40%TiO2/MMT催化剂对苯酚降解率为39%,优于蒙脱土原土催化剂。
TiO2/Montmorillonite composites(TiO2/MMT) were successfully prepared through a precipitation method. The obtained sample was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, IR and TEM ways. It showed that TiO2partials were about 7.6 nm and spread on the surface of montmorillonite. The effects of TiO2amount for montmorillonite, calcinded temperature and initial pH on photocatalysis degradation of phenol were investigated in detail. The results showed that the conversion rates of phenol were 39% at pH=6.0 under UV light irradiation for 150min over 40%TiO2/MMT calcined at 400 ℃ for 4 h. The performance of the 40%TiO2/MMT catalyst is superior to montmorillonite.
