水体中氮含量对紫背浮萍生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 考察水体不同氮含量条件下,紫萍的生长特性及其体内蛋白质和碳水化合物累积情况,分析水中氮元素与紫萍体内碳氮磷元素累积的相关性,并进行了紫萍酒精发酵的初步试验。氮浓度采用了1、3、5、7、10 mg/L,氮源分硝基氮和氨基氮两种。试验初步获得了水中氮磷与紫萍体内蛋白质和碳水化合物累积的关系,确定了获取高蛋白质含量和高碳含量紫萍的相关培养条件;酒精发酵效率达94.92%,为紫萍治理废水并应用于能源和饲料行业开拓思路。 Effect of nitrogen on starch and protein accumulation in the fronds of Spirodela oligorrhiza was investigated. The relationship of the nitrogen content in the water and nitrogen metabolizability in the Spirodela oligorrhiza was determined with the nitrogen concentration: 1,3,5,7,10 mg/L, the growth and starch were analyzed synchronously. The protein content grow up as the nitrogen concentration increased, but the growth rate was change in the same way. It appeared that higher nitrogen concentration was unfavorable to the starch accumulation; phosphorus had good influence both on the protein and growth, starch. Ethanol efficiency in the fermentation was 94.92%. It is feasible duckweed was used for ethanol production.
