摘要
研究了以对角线方式对高密度浮游藻类数量进行分析的方法,并对方法进行了实验室间验证。结果表明,该方法在不同水平下的重复性限分别为404.51×105、122.93×105、743.01×105个/L;不同水平下的再现性限为820.23×105、1 124.96×105、2 879.16×105个/L。实验室内两次重复测定相对偏差应在±15%以内;2个实验室间相对偏差应在±35%以内。
A diagonal method that analyses the number of planktonic algae at high density was studied. The method was tested in different laboratories. The results suggested that in diffent level the repeatability limit were 404.51×105cell/L,122.93×105cell/L,743.01×105cell/L, and the reproducibility limit were 820.23×105cell/L,1 124.96×105cell/L,2 879.16×105cell/L. The RD(within-laboratory relative deviation) between two analysis was less than 15% in absolute value. The RD(inter-laboratory relative deviation) between two laboratories was less than 35% in absolute value.
