摘要 随着石油管道运输业的不断发生,管道溢油风险在不断增大,输油管道一旦溢油将会对河流、湖泊造成污染,需要及时采取措施进行回收。综合分析了影响水面溢油回收的主要因素及具体的回收措施,针对河流的特点分析了河流溢油围控时围油栏与水流夹角及水深的关系,并列举了具体的围控结构,最后介绍了3种典型河流岸壁溢油清除措施。 With the oil pipeline transportation industry continues to expand, the risk for pipeline oil spill is increasing. Once the pipeline leaking, spilled oil will pollute rivers and lakes. We need to act quickly to recovery the spilled oil.Analyzed the main factors that effects free oil recovery and how to deal with these factors. As in fast current river oil recovery, we need to let boom deployment in angles in order to prevent oil entrainment. At the end of the thesis, it introduces three main technologies to recovery the oil attached to the river bank.
