摘要 文章在分析包头市南郊污水处理厂污泥基本性质的基础上,研究了粉煤灰对污泥中Cr、Cu、Mn、Pb、Zn 5种重金属形态的影响。此外通过土柱淋溶实验,探讨了不同配比和用量的粉煤灰钝化污泥对环境的影响。研究表明:粉煤灰钝化污泥处理后,随着污泥中粉煤灰加入量的增加,污泥中重金属的可交换态、碳酸盐态和有机结合态的含量均降低,而铁锰氧化态及残渣态的含量升高。粉煤灰钝化污泥后,污泥中重金属的有效性降低,加入到土壤中,土壤渗滤水中重金属的含量也显著性下降,不同量粉煤灰钝化污泥与土壤无论以1∶1或1∶5的体积比混合时,钝化污泥处理土壤渗滤水中Cr、Cu、Mn、Pb、Zn的含量,均远远低于不加粉煤灰的污泥处理。 We studied the effects of coal fly ash on forms of Cr, Cu, Mn, Pb, Zn in sewage sludge based on the analysis of chemical properties of sewage sludge from the southern suburbs of Baotou city sewage treatment plant. The soil column experiments was performed to identify the effects of sewage sludge amended with the coal fly ash at different ratio on environment. The main results obtained were summarized as follows: With the increasing of coal fly ash amendment, the exchangeable, carbonate and organic matter content of these metals decreased, but the iron and manganese oxidation state and residual sludge content increased. The effectiveness of heavy metals in sludge reduced after passivation. At the same time, the contents of heavy metals in soil leakage water were significantly decreased. Stabilized sewage sludge with soil either 1 ∶1 or 1∶5 volumetric ratio, the content of Cu, Cr Mn, Pb, Zn in soil percolating wate were much lower than the sludge treatment without the addition of fly ash.
