油田燃气锅炉烟气排量确定方法探讨

Discuss on the Determination Approach for Smoke Gas Emissions of Gas-fired Boilers in Oil Field

分析了目前油田生产中存在的锅炉烟气排量测定所面临的问题,阐述了2种计算法推测烟气排量的原理,将2种计算方法所获得的烟气排量同实测法得出的烟气排量进行对比,结果表明,无论是2种计算法所得数值之间还是计算法同实测法所得流速之间,偏差都较小。考虑到计算法简易高效,故油田燃气锅炉运行平稳的情况下,烟气排量的测算推荐改用计算的方式。

Analysised the problems about emissions for smoke gas of the boiler in oil field,seted forth the principle of conjecturing about smoke gas emissions by the means of calculating,examined the diversity between the two calculations and the relative deviation of flow velocity between actual measurement and calculations,results showed that,whether between the two calculations or among two calculations and actual measurement,the deviation was very small.given that calculations were simplified and efficient,so the means of calculating were recommended to judge emissions of smoke gas when gas-fired boilers boilers operated stably.
