摘要
目的建立水中丙烯酰胺测定的新方法。方法水中丙烯酰胺衍生为2,3-二溴丙酰胺,经毛细管柱气相色谱法测定。结果水中丙烯酰胺的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 3,最低检测浓度为0.01μg/L,平均加标回收率为96.6%,平均相对标准偏差为5.8%。结论本研究建立的方法简便快速,灵敏度高,准确度高,适于水中痕量丙烯酰胺的分析测定。
Objectives To establish a new method of determining content of acrylamide in water. Methods Acrylamide in water was derived for 2,3-dibromopropionamide and analyzed by gas chromatography with capillary column. Results The linear correlation coefficient of acrylamide in water was 0. 9993. The detection limit was 0. 01 μg/L. The average recovery of standard addition was 96. 6%,and the average RSD was 5. 8%. Conclusions The advantage of the method was quick,sensitive,specific and suitable for the determination of trace acrylamide in water.
