温针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的临床价值分析

Analysis of the clinical value of warm acupuncture treatment of periarthritis of shoulder

目的研究分析温针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的临床价值。方法选取我院在2012年4月至2013年3月诊治的98例肩关节周围炎患者的临床资料进行研究分析,并按照抛硬币的方法随机将患者分为治疗组(49例)和对照组(49例),治疗组采用温针灸治疗,对照组采用电针治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果对比两组患者治疗效果,治疗组患者治疗总有效率(95.92%)显著优于对照组患者的(79.59%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗方法在肩关节周围炎疾病的临床上效果显著,可有效提高患者生活质量。

Objective to study the analysis of the clinical value of warm acupuncture treatment around the shoulder joint inflamma-tion .Methods our hospital in April 2012 to March 2013 ,the diagnosis and treatment of the clinical data of 98 patients with shoulder joint inflammation around for this paper ,and in accordance with the method of tossing a coin patients randomly divided into treatment group (49 cases) and control group (49 cases) ,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect .Results compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect , total effective rate of treatment group patients (95.92% ) significantly better than the control group patients (79.59% ) ,with statistical significance (P<0.05) .Conclusion warm acupuncture treatment around the shoulder joint inflammation dis-ease clinical effect is remarkable ,w hich can effectively improve the patients quality of life .
