中西医结合治疗烧伤患者69例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 69 cases of burn patients treated with combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的讨论中西医结合对烧伤患者的临床效果及对患者进行治疗观察。方法将134例入选者按年龄、伤情分为A组69例,B组65例,对A、B两组患者分别采用不同的治疗方法,进行对比分析,对A组患者进行中西医结合的治疗方法,对B组患者单纯采用西医治疗方法。结果 A组总有效率为94.2%,B组总有效率为75.38%,两组比较具有统计学意义。结论在临床治疗中采用中西医结合治疗的效果好于单纯采用一种方法的治疗效果。

Objective Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine on the clinical effect of burn patients ,and treatment of patients with observation .Methods 134 patients enrolled according to age ,injury can be divided into A ,B two groups ,respectively to A ,B two groups of patients with different treatment methods ,were contrasted and analyzed .Methods of traditional Chinese medicine and western medi-cine for patients of group A ,the B group of patients with pure western medicine treatment methods .Results A group of patients after treat-ment of the average effect is significantly better than group B patients .Conclusion Adopt combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in the clinical treatment effect is better than simply using a method of treatment effect .
