扶济复与德赛恩联合治疗老年压疮患者的效果观察

RhbFGF combined with de sion in treatment of aged patients with bedsore effect

目的探讨扶济复(重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)联合德赛恩治疗压疮Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的护理方法及临床疗效。方法对符合诊断的32例Ⅱ,Ⅲ期压疮局部应用扶济复联合德赛恩治疗,同时加强基础护理,观察其疗效。结果观察组的治愈率和有效率均高于观察组,2组治疗治愈率比较具有显著性差异(χ2=8.99,P<0.01)。结论局部应用济复联合德赛恩治疗Ⅱ,Ⅲ期压疮,临床疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of rh-bFGF and Microcyn which are used to patients with pressure sores Ⅱ 、Ⅲ .Methods There are 32 cases of patients with pressure sores Ⅱ 、Ⅲ in treatment group ,who are treated by rh-bFGF 、Microcyn and Strengthening bas-ic nursing ,and then observe the effect .Results Except 2 patients died ,other30 patients in the treatment group are cured .Conclusion The effect of Rh-bFGF and Microcyn which are used to patients with pressure sores Ⅱ 、Ⅲ is evry obvious .
