家庭护理指导对冠心病患者幸福感及心绞痛发作的影响

Influence of family nursing guidance on happiness and angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨家庭护理指导在冠心病患者病程中的护理效果。方法将60例冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组仅给予常规出院指导,观察组给予家庭护理指导,比较两组的主观幸福感和心绞痛发作情况。结果观察组出院后3个月的正性因子评分、主观幸福感总分显著高于对照组,负性因子评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院后3个月在心绞痛稳定、心绞痛发作以及主观感受等SAQ方面的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭护理指导可提高冠心病患者的主观幸福感,降低心绞痛发作的次数,改善生活质量。

Objective to investigate the nursing effect of family nursing guidance in patients with coronary heart disease .Methods 60 coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,30 cases in each group ,the con-trol group was only received routine discharge guidance ,the observation group was received family nursing ,happiness and angina pectoris was compared between two groups .Results total positive factor score ,subjective happiness score in the observation group 3 months after discharge factor were significantly higher than those in the control group ,negative factor score was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group (P<0.05) .SAQ in Stable angina ,pectoris angina and subjective feelings in the observation group 3 months after discharge were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion family nursing can improve the subjective happiness in patients with coronary heart disease ,reduce the attack of angina pectoris ,and improve life quality .
