腰-硬联合麻醉在妇产科剖宫产术中的临床价值分析

The clinical value of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology in cesarean section analysis

目的探讨分析腰-硬联合麻醉在妇产科剖宫产术中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2012年5月~2013年5月收治的92例需要进行剖宫产手术的产妇为研究对象,将其随机分成A组与B组,A组50例产妇给予腰-硬联合麻醉,B组42例产妇给予硬膜外麻醉,观察两组患者整体效果。结果 A组患者麻醉起效时间较B组短,麻醉效果较B组好,差异均具有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论在妇产科剖宫产术中应用腰-硬联合麻醉对产妇进行麻醉效果较好,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the analysis of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology in cesarean section clini-cal application value .Methods In our hospital in 2012 May-2013 year in May 92 cases of cesarean section operation mothers as the research object , randomly divided into A group and B group ,A group of 50 cases were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia ,B group of 42 cases were given epidural anesthesia ,observe the overall effect of two groups of patients .Results In A group ,the onset time was shorter than that of group B ,an-esthesia effect is better than that of B group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion The application of waist-in the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology in cesarean section maternal epidural anesthesia on anesthesia effect is good ,worthy of clinical applica-tion .
