改良双侧单瓣式泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床观察

Observation on double-flap or single-flap anastomosis in two different external dacryocystorhinostomy methods

目的比较泪囊鼻腔吻合术中传统的双侧双叶瓣改良为双侧单叶瓣的疗效观察。方法随机选择170例慢性泪囊炎患者全部实施了改良双侧单瓣式泪囊鼻腔吻合术,术后随访3~6个月观察术后吻合道通畅情况。结果改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术手术成功率为100%,术后随访3~6月,165例患者吻合道通畅,泪溢症状完全消失。4例患者好转,表现为轻度泪溢。1例患者无效。结论改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术治愈率明显高于传统的泪囊鼻腔吻合术,是值得推荐的一种手术。

Objective To compare the effect of the traditional double-flap and improved type single-flap anastomosis in dacryocystorhinosto-my .Methods Randomly selected 170 cases of chronic dacryocystitis were all of the improved single-flap dacryocystorhinostomy ,observation of anastomotic channel patency in the following-up of 3-6 months .Results The success rate of operation is 100% ,165 cases of with anastomotic chan-nel are patency ,epiphora symptoms completely disappeared .;4 cases ,mild epiphora;1 case were invalid .Conclusion Improvement of lacrimal sac and nasal cavity anastomosis operation cure rate was significasntly higher than that of the traditional operation .It is a kind of operation recommen-ded .
